EMDR

EMDR is an effective approach for healing from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other distressing life experiences. Painful memories can sometimes feel “stuck,” keeping you in a cycle of fear, stress, or emotional overwhelm. In EMDR, we use eye movements or gentle tapping to help your brain reprocess these memories so they lose their intensity and no longer carry the same emotional weight.
